Payment & Return Policy

Roles & Responsibilities:

We, Pt. Rumah Aroma Wangi, are responsible for providing descriptions of products and services through our website, during communication with our sales representatives, and on product labelling. Customers are responsible for confirming all necessary details of the products before placing their order.

Essential Oils & Cosmetic Products:

If customers order the wrong product(s) and request a replacement, the products should not be opened from their original packing/shipment packaging. Communication with our sales team prior to returning the product via email/phone call/chat is required. Returning shipment charges and replacement shipment charges are to be borne by the customer.

If the company sends the wrong product(s), the products should not be opened from their original packing/shipment packaging. The return and resending shipment charges will be covered by the company, and the cost will be returned within 3 working days if customer not requiring the ordered product (s), including shipment charges if the customer paid.

General Terms and Conditions for All Products:

Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their required products before placing the order. If the quality of the product is proven non-compliant with the required/requested specifications, cancellation and refund of the order are acceptable.

Distillery Machines & Related Equipment.

a. Technical Requirements Acceptance:

Customers are required to review and accept the technical requirements of distillery machines before proceeding with production.

b. Changes During or After Production:

Any changes/additional services requested by the customer during or after the production process will result in additional charges based on the changes or additional services required. 90% of the total amount costing for the ordered product(s) must be paid upon the customer’s final order confirmation of the product(s).

c. Cancellation of Orders Before Production Confirmation:

If the customer cancels their order within 5 working days or before production confirmation, 5% of the total amount will be deducted as a service charge, and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer’s account.

d. Cancellation After Technical Process:

If the customer cancels their order after completing the technical process, such as engineering and designing works, a service charge of 25% of the total amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer’s account within 15 working days. Any refund amount will be refunded within 15 working days.

Changes during production or order cancellation:


Customer-requested changes during production will be subjected to additional charges.

Cancellation of the Order:

The initial payment of 90% from the total payment will be non-refundable if the customer cancels after production/during production. The process, such as designing & engineering, pre-production, and production progress, will be updated upon the customer’s request through the registered email.
